Hello from YWAM Tyler!
I am getting a little more settled now that I've been here a couple of weeks. BTW, for those of you who don't know, I'm working in the admissions dept and not chilcare/kitchen! It was a funny joke, wouldn't you agree? That's what the friend who was so kind to share her humor with me had concluded. Well, anyway... I was a bit relieved when I discovered I wouldn't be watching small children and wearing an apron for the next six months... hallelujah!
Admissions is great. I enjoy working in an office with people and being able to relate with them over the phone regularly. I'm finding many opportunities to encourage and share with others what God has been doing in my life. Sometimes just over the phone with an applicant, but often with the guys in the guys' dorm that I am staying in. This excites me the most... being able to affect this generation with the truth of God, one student at a time, seeds that have the potential to grow and multiply through countless generations... wow!
What a treasure we have been entrusted with!
Lord give us eyes to see and understand the endless worth of the gospel you've given to us.
God bless you all

Here's the DTS trailor, just a shortened version of what's above...
